Builder of small, honest web tools. EML Toolexists because opening a saved email shouldn't require installing Outlook or uploading private correspondence to a stranger's server. The viewer is a proper MIME parser (with MSG support) compiled into a static web page — your files are parsed on your device, full stop.
Principles this site runs on
- Local-first, verifiably. The site is static pages; there is no upload endpoint to send your files to. Load the viewer, go offline, and it still works — that's the proof.
- Honest claims only. The EML-to-PDF page says plainly that it's a print-to-PDF bridge, not a batch conversion engine. Where a format corner isn't supported, the viewer says so instead of failing silently.
- Guides are tested, then dated. The how-to steps (Chrome, Gmail, Outlook on the web, Mac, iPhone) are re-run in current versions before publishing, and every page carries its last-checked date. Software changes; the stamp tells you how fresh the page is.
